New Clients

August 2020: Recently we have received an overwhelming number of requests to take on new pet families. In order to continue to provide compassionate care with excellence to our current families and their pets, we are temporarily not accepting any new families. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you are new to our hospital and would like to make your first appointment with us, simply give us a call at (330)650-2929. A receptionist will be happy to schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. When you arrive for your appointment, please bring a copy of your pet’s previous medical records with you. Alternatively, you may have your vet fax the records to our office at (330)342-0350. While we look over your pet’s medical history, we will ask you to fill out our New Client Form. This form covers your basic contact information and helps us keep in touch with you. You can download the form online and bring it in with you.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at time of service. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If your pet is insured and a doctor’s signature is required, please bring your claim form with you to the appointment. You are responsible for any charges and your insurance company will reimburse you. If you are unable to pay in full, we do offer payment plans through CareCredit.
