For your convenience, and to save time when you drop your pet off to board, please fill out the online boarding check-in form in advance. Click here to fill out and submit your form online within 24 hours of drop off if possible.

Pets may now arrive for scheduled boarding reservations on: Weekdays between 8 AM – 1 PM OR 5-6 PM or Saturdays between 8 AM – 11 AM

Please note: You must call the office at 330-650-2929 FIRST to make a reservation for your pet.

Filling out the boarding instructions form without a reservation will NOT hold a spot for your pet in our kennel.

If your pet already has a scheduled drop-off appointment (not a traditional appointment), please submit the following form in advance. Click here to fill out and submit your online drop-off appointment form.

All scheduled drop off appointments must arrive between 8:30-9:30 AM for morning drop off and between 12:00-1:00 PM for afternoon drop off.

Once you have made your first appointment, you will be required to send your pet’s most recent medical records before we see your pet.

Forms and records that are received prior to scheduling your first appointment will be disregarded.
