Client Service Representatives



Karrie
started working in the office at Hudson Veterinary Hospital in 1997. She is the lead client service representative and is responsible for all accounts receivable as well as overseeing the office staff. She and her husband Clay live in Stow with their two children, a hyperactive pug named Boo, and two cats Lightning Bug, and Kate. Karrie volunteers as the treasurer for the cat rescue group Forever Friends Foundation and  is very involved in her children’s school and sports activities.

 

Christina began working in the Hudson Veterinary Hospital office in 2003. She is responsible for IT and the hospital computers. She and her husband Nathan have four children. Christina raises  hypoallergenic Siberian cats. In addition to her Siberian kitties, she has August the Labrador, Gigi the Yorkie, and a flock of Parakeets. Christina enjoys reading, cooking, crocheting, and hiking. Christina and her family live in Cuyahoga Falls.

Karen started working at Hudson Veterinary Hospital in the summer 2011. She works in our front office answering phones, scheduling appointments and assisting with checking our clients in and out. She also assists with various office duties. She is married to Nick and they have three adult sons and a beautiful granddaughter. Karen has five rescue dogs: Ella the Beagle, Hunter the Coonhound, Frankie the Vizsla, Gertie the Cocker Spaniel, and her newest addition Gunny a long legged Lab. Karen enjoys spending free time with her granddaughter outside in her backyard. She also enjoys cooking for her family and watching the Cleveland Indians play ball. Karen lives in Hudson. 

Nancy has been working in the front office since the spring of 2013. She has a fun personality and an infectious laugh, that can brighten just about anyone’s day. Nancy is in charge of all staff scheduling, orders all of our prescription diet and pet food inventory, and helps with inventory receipts and invoicing.  Nancy and her husband Sean have three rescue dogs – a deaf white Great Dane named Karrat, a St. Bernard named Daisy, and a St. Bernard named Chubbs. When she’s not cleaning up slobber, Nancy enjoys traveling, hiking, and driving her Jeep on off-road trails. Nancy lives in Aurora.


Morgan
joined our front office in the spring of 2016. She schedules appointments and checks in patients. She also helps with answering phones and general office tasks. Morgan has worked in the veterinary field for the past five years as a kennel assistant and receptionist. Morgan has a rescued Pitbull mix named Bauer, a Siberian named Beau, and a daughter named Adrian. In her free time, Morgan enjoys crafting, cooking, and trying new things. She and her husband Austin lives in Akron.
